BUSES – there are various private bus lines that negotiate their way through the chaotic traffic in Manila, running on major roads like Taft Avenue, but also into less familiar parts of Manila. For this reason, visitors prefer either the rail line (since they run on a fixed set of destinations), or taxis (for more convenience). Fares can run from P10 to P 25 (depending on where they’re going). The destinations are written on signboards placed against the bus’ front windshield.
