Ilustrado (744 General Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila) – this restaurant, housed in a Spanish colonial-style villa, is best known for its breakfast foods (such as ensaymada – a savory brioche, and Spanish hot chocolate). Along with that, the house favorites are Paella Ilustrado, Callos Madrilena, Lengua con setas, and Adobong Bagnet with Prawns and Crab Fat — which keep people coming back.
