Blackbird (Nielson Tower, Ayala Triangle, Makati City, Manila) – this Art Deco-themed restaurant, located in the affluent Makati business district, was once the control tower of the old Manila Int’l Air Terminal back in the 1930s & 1940s. Nowadays, this restaurant serves a variety of European-inspired dishes. Recommended items include Cheddar & Zucchini Brioche, and the Wagyu Hanger Steak.
